Free Western EU flight planner

by Tim M

I’ve had a comprehensive (8800 lines!) Western EU flight planner made for tourdefrancetips.com readers.

It consists of:

  • Origin Airport and Airport Code, and country
  • Destination Airport and Airport code, and country
  • Airline, airline code
  • Baggage Restrictions
  • Information on how bikes are considered with respect to baggage (i.e. are they included in your baggage, carried free etc)
  • Excess baggage costs

So, you could filter on your origin airport (e.g. Melbourne, MEL, Australia) then look at what airlines can get you into Nice (France). Or, using Melbourne as an origin, see where Emirates will fly you.

What the planner doesn’t do (yet) is join codeshare flights up. So, a Qantas/Air France flight from Melbourne to Toulouse will NOT appear as one route. It would be Melbourne to HKK (Qantas) and HKK to Toulouse (Air France) as 2 separate routes.

However the sheet does show the alliance (e.g. Star Alliance, OneWorld etc) information as well as codeshare partners.

However, the good news is that I have a very cool idea how to get this functionality to you all, so stay tuned.

So, all I am asking from you for this download is to give me permission to email you relevant, anticipated and personal emails (infrequently). No SPAM, ever. No selling your email to anyone, ever (that is so lame it makes me want to kill baby pandas, seriously, it’s that lame). And most importantly, this won’t be a never-ending series on emails pitching stuff to you (nothing annoys me more as consumer).

I’ll just let you know when I have new products and downloads (some free, some not) available, as well as send the odd series of tips and tricks for planning your own cycling trip to France.

Simple sign up below, confirm, and I’ll send you the download link.

Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time.
